Please send a copy of the suspect email to I.T. Help Desk before deleting it.
1) Open the email you get from the Help Desk and do a reply (just to the I.T. Help Desk).
2) Open your Outlook Inbox and locate the suspect email.
3) Left-Click and drag the suspect email to the body of the reply email to the Help Desk.
4) The email should add as an attachment to the reply email.
5) You can add a note to the reply and email and then sent it.
