There is a known bug with meetings scheduled with Outlook and iPhones. When you dismiss or snooze a meeting reminder on your iPhone, it registers as a change to the meeting and then forwards it to everyone in the meeting. The current workaround is on the iPhone, go to Settings -> Calendar -> Default Alert Times and turn off Time to Leave.
