Step 1: To start, make sure that you are in your Inbox folder, located in the Folder Pane on the left hand side of the screen. Once opened, click, drag, and drop your email to the task icon located in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Then a Task window will open. The subject line will be filled out already according on what your task was. Then fill out any other information relating to the task that you want, such as start and due date. When done, click Save & Close, to save the task.
