Step 1: To access the archive icon, go to the Ribbon Pane > folder > Auto Archive Settings.
Step 2: Once you click the Auto Archive settings, an Inbox Properties dialogue box will appear. Then you will click the option of archiving items into the folder.
Step 3: After selecting that option, the click the Default Archive Settings icon. Then a Auto Archive dialogue box will appear. Click the option Run Auto Archive every __ days. To save your changes click OK.
