Step 1: At the top of the window is the quick access tool bar, which contains shortcuts of items that you use frequently. You can also add other items to the tool bar if you find yourself using more of the other options.

Step 2: Underneath the Quick access tool bar is what is called the Ribbon interface. The ribbon is divided into tabs that organize demand groups.

Step 3: Located on the left is the Folder pane. There you can access your folders.

Step 4: Below your folders is the navigation bar. There you can view your mail,  calendar, contacts, our daily tasks.

Step 5: When you return to mail, on your left side this main window will be displaying a list of your messages, and when you click on one specific message, it shows up in the reading display, as shown on the right side.
