Step 1: To view your messages as conversations, go to the view tab > show as conversations.
Step 2: Then, a dialogue box will appear with two options: All mailboxes or this folder. This option is for arranging your conversations.
Step 3: After you have selected your option, then you have the choice of changing your conversation settings, for example if one wishes to have the subject of the email above the sender's name then they could do so by clicking on conversation settings tab.
