1) From the Windows 10 or 7 START button (bottom left on main screen) select the Symantec folder and then select Symantec Endpoint Protection.

2) The following pop up screen should appear.

3) Make sure on the left side column that Scan for Threats is selected.

4) Under Full Scan click on Run Full Scan.

5) The following screen will pop up.

6) The screen will report the progress of the scan.

7) The scan could take over a hour to completed.

8) The first screen can be closed and the second screen can be minimized so you can continue to work while scan is running.

9) The scan should report it is completed or you can just check the minimized screen to see if it has completed.

10) Please report results to Help Desk or reply to the ticket email with or without a screenshot of the results.
