There is a known issue when using Adobe Print to PDF on Windows 10. Adobe Print to PDF will intermittently overwrite a random PDF file previously created using Print to PDF. There is currently no fix for the issue. The current workaround is to use Microsoft Print to PDF until Adobe provides a fix.
