Outlook on the Web Pinning Your Emails

Step 1: To pin a message, click on the pin button next to it.

Step 2: Now your message will be highlighted in yellow and kept at the top of your inbox. When done with the message and need to unpin it, simply click on the pin button once more and it will disappear from the top of your inbox.
